Rakesh Biswas graduated from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh and is currently Professor, Department of Medicine, People's College of Medical Sciences, Bhopal, India. His interest in neuroscience is related to his special interest in creating a 'user driven health care' community of patients and health professional users (including neuroscience professionals) for better health care outcomes. Dr Biswas is the regional editor: Journal of Evaluation in Clinical Practice, Wiley Blackwell,UK and editor:User-Driven Healthcare and Narrative Medicine and reviewer for Research evaluation panel of National Digital Research Centre, Ireland and reviewer for the journal, Medical Education, UK.
